We are pleased to inform you about an important further development of our company with this letter and to inform you that our company has been renamed.
The company, known to you as transpora.io since July 2020, was incorporated into the

Disporeon GmbH

renamed, entered in the commercial register and will be active on January 1st, 2023.

We have continued to develop over the past few months and will have to change our company name due to these and future business developments.

All general terms and conditions as well as sales and delivery conditions remain valid.
