#PayPerUse - Usage-based pricing model

In the age of digital technologies, new #business models are emerging in all industries and areas. New digital & data-based business models continue to gain in importance. This also creates new possibilities for billing and pricing.

Many companies have recognized this and offer #PayPerUse models for their customers, for example. Software providers in particular have the edge here.

The construction machinery manufacturer Wacker Neuson is pursuing an innovative approach here. Mobile containers are equipped with construction machinery and equipment - customers can rent them easily and flexibly, open the box on site and take out the relevant machine. The #PayPerUse principle applies here. The customer only pays for the time in which he actually uses the product. Source: https://lnkd.in/g9wt4YEh

With a consumption-based billing model like #PayPerUse, customers only pay for that part of the service or transaction that they actually use. Each customer gets access to potentially unlimited resources and only pays for what they actually use.

At transpora.io, both shipper and carrier customers have full access to all functions. Shippers place new transports, carriers offer. Accordingly, as many transports can be put out to tender, as many users can be created as desired, and as many offers can be submitted as the customers want, they only pay for use if the transport has been carried out successfully.

What are the advantages:

· Unlimited access to all transports
· Unlimited participation in the transports
· No monthly/annual fee
· Flexibility in use
